Both ISO 14001 and ISO 14004 are currently being revised. To include the views and needs of as many users and other interested parties as possible ISO have created a survey.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and takes into account key topics from the ongoing discussions in the working groups that are revising these standards, with the goal of continual improvement. The survey data set will be made available to interested parties upon request. All responses will be confidential.
The overall results will be presented at the next meeting of ISO TC 207 Environmental Management Systems in June 2013.
The questionnaire is intended to be completed by:
- individuals in organisations that have implemented or applied the ISO 14001 and ISO 14004 standards (users), and
- other individuals with other working knowledge or interest in the standard (for example certification bodies, regulatory agencies, academia, research institutions, trade associations, industry groups, and learned societies).
