The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities closed its consultation on the Environmental Outcomes Reports on the 9th June.
This consultation related to Part 6 of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill which will secure powers to implement a new system of environmental assessment known as Environmental Outcomes Reports. This will replace the EU-derived Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment processes.
This response was drafted following consultation with the IAQM membership and was drafted by a working group led by James Bellinger, Associate at Arup.
