Defra launches Water Management consultation

Defra has published Water Management guidance reform plans on the guidance and data website. The following subject areas are covered:

  • Supplying and treating water
  • Water abstraction and storage

Each of these subject areas will be open for comment for 4 weeks. The plans outline proposed content for revised guidance and there are also recommendations for what should happen to existing relevant guidance when Defra’s agencies’ web content is moved to GOV.UK.
