Defra launches guidance for comment: Marine management and environmental noise

Defra will be publishing guidance reforms on their website this week. The plans will cover the following areas of guidance:

  • General Environmental Rules
    • Environmental noise
    • Statutory nuisance
  • Flood Risk and Coastal Management

Each of these subject plans be open for comment for 6 weeks. The plans outline proposed content for revised guidance and Defra are looking for public feedback on the reforms.
