Managing stress and building resilience at work workshop - IES & RemSoc

A tree stump with a fern growing out of it.

In this workshop, Lynsey Kitching from CAPE Coaching & Development explored what resilience really means, the link to wellbeing, and why this is so important at work... and at home. Lynsey shared what really matters when building and maintaining resilience, some key techniques to use when feeling stressed and under pressure, and gave attendees a chance to develop their own unique resilience template to take forward.

For this event the IES's Land Condition Early Careers Network partnered with The Society for Remediation Practitioners in the UK (RemSoc), who focus on the remediation of contaminated and brownfield land in the UK. They promote safe and technically sound practices in their sector, and provide networking and development opportunities for members.

In addition to the recording, the slides are available to view and download.
