It focuses on the pragmatic approaches for estimating air pollutant and greenhouse emissions and removals for use in assessing health impacts as well as tracking trends in greenhouse gases and short lived climate pollutants. The guidance also looks at how organisations can develop sustained centres of excellence that can provide data and expertise services to support policy and other decision makers.
