The IES celebrates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science with Sheryl Lee, PhD student and Research Assistant at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Throughout this webinar, Sheryl gives an insight into her PhD thesis 'Educational interventions to improve municipal material recycling rates achieved by English Authorities' and presents her current work at MMU, where she's currently working on the Waste Education Initiative. Sheryl shares her experience of being a woman working in the environmental science sector sharing her story and sending out a message for all women and girls in science.
