Ellie joined the IES in 2023 and is responsible for supporting the work of the IES’s Environmental Policy Implementation Community (EPIC). Before joining the IES, Ellie led on local government policy and research at a climate change and democratic engagement charity. She has a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Sheffield and is interested in how to influence environmental policy at the local level.
